Rates for sittings and notes
Prices are starting figures for one named class. A school with three streams, or an app that only exports a campus-wide percentage, will be quoted after we have seen a sample file.
We charge for time in the room and for the reading that follows. There is no monthly plan and no “seats.” If the export is unusable, we stop and do not invoice the full sitting.

On-site sittings in Johor Bahru include ordinary travel. A day that requires an overnight stay (for example a morning sitting in Mersing after a late ferry) is quoted with lodging. Remote sittings use the same starting figures; they are not discounted, because the timetable work is the same.
Deposits are 30% to hold a date in the school calendar. The balance is due within seven days of the written reading. Materials we print for a parent evening (usually forty one-page sheets) are included up to that number; extra copies are charged at cost.
