Teacher speaking with a class seated at desks

Form teachers in Malaysia are often handed a coloured weekly sheet from an education app and expected to mention it at assembly. This briefing is a single sitting to read that sheet against the actual week: which pupils opened the reader during Bahasa time, which only opened it after a parent reminder on Thursday night, and which items the class skipped because the unit had not been taught yet.

You bring one week of the app’s class view and a copy of the form’s timetable. We sit together and mark the sheet in pencil. You leave with five spoken sentences you can actually use on Monday, not a new reporting habit for the whole school.

The briefing does not include a write-up beyond a one-page list of those sentences. If you later need the half-day measurement review, the notes from this sitting can be reused.
