Terms of use

These terms govern enquiries and sittings with File Canvas Core (“we”, “us”) at Level 11, 62 Placeholder Street, Johor Bahru 00000. By sending a note through this site or confirming a sitting date, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not book a briefing.

Sittings, not software

We provide human review of education app analytics: measurement reviews, form-teacher briefings, assessment drop-off readings, and parent-evening notes. We do not sell software, subscriptions, or access to an application. Any rates on this site are informational until a written confirmation names the class, the app, the date, and the fee.

Your materials

You confirm you are allowed to share the exports, timetables, and schemes of work you send us. You must not send identity-card numbers, home addresses, or medical notes. We may refuse a file that contains them and delete it.

Intellectual property

Our written readings, spoken scripts, and pencil-marked timetables remain our copyright. You may use them inside your school or organisation for the class named in the sitting. You may not republish them as a vendor brochure or as training for another school without our written consent. Your pupil files remain yours; we do not claim them.

Liability

A sitting is professional comment on activity already recorded by an education app you chose. It is not a legal, inspection, or examination-board finding. We are not responsible for decisions you take on staffing, procurement, or pupil discipline after a reading. Our liability for a sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting, except where Malaysian law does not allow a limit (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Johor Bahru have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek urgent relief elsewhere to protect confidential files.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The version in force is the one published on the date you confirm a sitting.
